Welcome to the Trent Local Children's Research Network ...

We work with doctors and nurses in hospitals and elsewhere in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. These English counties form the Trent region, which is named after the River Trent. We also have sites in Northampton and Kettering.

We help sick babies, children and young people to take part in research into medicines and other treatments, hoping that it will make them feel better.

We hope the research will also help other sick babies, children and young people who do not take part in our research, including those who are not born yet.

This website is designed for children, young people, parents and other adults including hospital staff and school teachers. It tells you more about us, and invites you to help us. There are some games for children to play. There are links to other websites that we think you might like to visit.

We are making our website better all the time. Please have a look at it and let us know what you think of it. Thanks!
